The service is informational only and does not guarantee improvements to search engine rankings or AI citation rates.

2. Scope of Analysis

Our comprehensive AIO analysis includes:

3. Payment Terms

This is a premium service offered for a one-time payment of €1.99. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By proceeding with payment, you agree to purchase the complete AIO analysis for the URL provided. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from digital services. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@seollmanalyzer.com.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service availability but make no guarantees. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors. If service interruptions prevent delivery of your paid analysis, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your analysis at no additional cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (€1.99) or a replacement analysis, at our discretion. We provide no warranties regarding AIO improvements, AI citation rates, or business outcomes. The analysis is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

6. Data Processing

We store your analysis results, payment information, and session data in our secure database for customer support purposes. This data is retained to provide assistance if technical issues arise with your analysis. We do not share this data with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe) and AI analysis (Google Gemini).

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use this service to analyze illegal content, violate others' privacy, or exceed reasonable usage limits. We reserve the right to refuse service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts.
